FCH® process of ILSA's latest development, based on 20 years of experience with this technology, and every step of the process has benn tested and optimized.
FCH® involves thermal hydrolysis in a dynamic autoclave, which times different temperatures to break down the protein chains of collagen, the raw proteinaceous material. The resulting product is
AGROGEL®, hydrolyzed gelatin for agronomic use. It is jelly-like and goes through a further dehydrating process at low temperatures, which prevents changes other than decreased water content.
